Stop Telling Women To Smile

Stop Telling Women to Smile by Tatyana Fazlalizadeh attempts to address gender based street harassment by placing drawn portraits of women, composed with captions that speak directly to offenders, outside in public spaces. On April 24 2014, Tatyana took a photograph of me and used my portrait in Baltimore's first public art mural. Since then, my portrait has been plastered in communities all over the world.
