Brittany Oliver is the Communications and Outreach Director at The Living Well Center and she's also a naturalist. Join her for a workshop to explore what we've always known: Nature makes us healthier, happier, and smarter, and ultimately has a profound impact on our brains and our behavior to ourselves and others.
This workshop will start with a breathing exercise to help ground us into storytelling and then best practices on how to incorporate nature into daily life for the black mind, body and spirit.
