2014 Anti-Street Harassment Week During International End Street Harassment Week in Baltimore, MD, I organized a photo shoot at the Monument Quilt headquarters to photograph participants quoting something they wanted to say to cat callers. The purpose of this shoot was to empower women and LGBTQ individuals to speak out against street harassment and reiterate that it's this behavior is not okay no matter who you are or what you're wearing.

Baltimore Uprising On April 12, 2015, the Baltimore Police arrested Freddie Gray, a 25-year-old African American resident of Baltimore, MD. Gray sustained injuries to his neck and spine while in transport in a police vehicle. On April 18, 2015, after Gray's subsequent coma, residents protested in front of the Western district police station. Gray died the following day, April 19, 2015, which was the birth of the Baltimore Uprising. These are images I captured.

This is Palestine In late July 2016, I traveled to Palestine/Israel on an activist delegation to speak directly with Palestinians and Israelis resisting military occupation, racism and colonialism to explore how the struggles of different communities of color intersect. This was my very first time traveling internationally and it is an experience I will never forget.
